In this post Iam intended to share with you how to meditate , Before going to know how to do it let us know wat actually is this meditation is. Meditation is a mental discipline by which the meditater attempts to get beyond the conditioned, "thinking" mind into a deeper state of relaxation or awareness.
When u becoming aware of your thoughts then the rate of thoughts ceases.... u will then go to a thought less state.....
