Your thoughts can change your DNA

Hi frnds,

In this post I want to share with u an insight that "Your thoughts can change your DNA"

Thoughts are energy. Actions are energy. Your entire life is filled with energy frequencies. Pay careful attention to what you project into the world. Thoughts are can be very powerful attractors. A recent study shows just how powerful we really are at the basic level of our mere thoughts.

There is now scientific evidence proving just how important our thoughts can be to health and personal wellbeing.
Recent studies show that DNA can be influenced and reprogrammed by words and frequencies WITHOUT cutting out and replacing single genes.

Our DNA is not only responsible for the construction of our body but it also serves as data storage and communication. This is an important key to changing our DNA structures.

We only use 10% of our DNA for building proteins in the body. It is this subset of DNA that is of interest to western researchers and is being examined and categorized. The other 90% are considered "junk DNA". But is it really "junk" or useless DNA?

The Russian linguists found that the genetic code, especially in the apparently useless 90%, follows the same rules as all our human languages. To this end they compared the way in which words are put together to form phrases and sentences, the study of meaning in language forms and the basic rules of grammar.

They found that the alkalines of our DNA follow regular grammar and do have set rules just like our languages. This discovery proves a point that human languages did not appear coincidentally but are a reflection of our inherent DNA.Scientists have managed, for example, to modulate certain frequency patterns onto a laser ray and with it influenced the DNA frequency and thus changed the genetic information itself.

Since the basic structure of DNA-alkaline pairs and of language (as explained earlier) are of the same structure, no DNA decoding is necessary. One can simply use words and sentences of the human language!

This, too, was experimentally proven! Living DNA substance will always react to language-modulated laser rays and even to radio waves, if the proper frequencies are being used. This finally and scientifically explains why affirmations, hypnosis and the like can have such strong effects on humans and their bodies.

We now know that it is entirely normal and natural for our DNA to react to language. Imagine how easily it would make it to repair genetic defects such as Downs Syndrome. While a western researcher cut single genes from the DNA strands and inserted them elsewhere, the Russians enthusiastically worked on devices that can influence the cellular metabolism through suitable modulated radio and light frequencies and thus repair genetic defects.

Esoteric and spiritual teachers have known for ages that our body is programmable by language, words and thought. This has now been scientifically proven and explained. Of course the frequency has to be correct. And this is why not everybody is equally successful or can do it with always the same strength. The individual person must work on the inner processes and maturity in order to establish a conscious communication with the DNA.

However, Russian researchers are working on a method that is not dependent on these factors but will ALWAYS work, provided one uses the correct frequency. If done, many of the world's illnesses could be cured with frequency alone. An amazing and startling discovery!

The more developed an individual's consciousness is, the less need is there for any type of device! One can achieve these results by oneself, and science will finally stop laughing at such ideas and will confirm and explain the results. Scientists also found out that our DNA can also cause disturbing patterns in the quantum vacuum, thus producing magnetized wormholes!

These are tunnel connections between entirely different areas in the universe through which information can be transmitted outside of space and time.

Your DNA attracts these bits of information and passes them on to our consciousness. This process of hypercommunication is most effective in a state of relaxation.

Stress and worries block effective or successful hypercommunication It distorts the information making it useless to us.
As we initiate greater individual consciousness, we can create a new form of group consciousness, namely one, in which we attain access to all the group's information via our DNA.

We now know that just as on the internet our DNA can feed its proper data into the network, can call up data from the network and can establish contact with other participants in the network.

Remote healing, telepathy or "remote sensing" about the state of relatives etc. can thus be explained. Some animals know also from afar when their owners plan to return home. That can be freshly interpreted and explained via the concepts of group consciousness and hypercommunication.

Any collective consciousness cannot be sensibly used over any period of time without a distinctive individuality. Otherwise we would revert to a primitive herd instinct that is easily manipulated.

Hypercommunication in the new millennium means something quite different: Researchers think that if humans with full individuality would regain group consciousness, they would have a god-like power to create, alter and shape things on Earth! AND humanity is collectively moving toward such a group consciousness of the new kind.

These discoveries will change the face of our understanding our physiology and how we perceive the capabilities of us as individuals.
Spiritual growth seems to be the key component. Since this is a primarily focus of many individual's today, you can see just how important this really is.

So start working with and perceive your thoughts as a tool you're your transformation. Your thoughts can become a powerful force for change in your spiritual awareness and growth.

While doing so, remind yourself that you have the power to change the world - simply one thought at a time.

Concentration by Acharya Vimal Kirthi ji

hi frnds,
In this post I want to share with u about the divine teaching by Acharya Vimal Kirthi ji (Director,Oneness University) on CONCENTRATION.

"One can't increase concentration directly rather one
can identify distractions and after removing all identified
distractions what is left is pure CONCENTRATION".

Mind is always associated with a pool of thoughts. And, "thought is
just a THOUGHT, there is neither a good thought nor a bad thought."
Every thought is capable enough to give a psychological pleasure. This
is very important to understand that since every thought is
pleasurable, one can be diverted from PRESENCE.

What is PRESENCE? If one is doing what one is supposed to do at a
given instant of time, one is said to be in PRESENCE.
What one is supposed to do at a given point of time is highly
individual matter and that's why one can choose which thought is of
prime importance at that very given point of time. Once the thought of
prime importance is chosen, rest all thoughts are distractions at that
very moment.

For an instance, one is studying. One may get a thought of what had
happened yesterday. At the same time, one may get another thought of
doing something, which is supposed to be done tomorrow. In a similar
fashion many other thoughts would be coming. What is happening here,
one is not in present. One needs to remove the distraction one by one.
How???

Remember, "To see itself is to be free!". One need to just tell oneself
that this particular thought is a distraction. This is a kind of
trick, when one says, "this thought is a distraction for me",
awareness comes in a very natural manner, and one is free from that
very distraction (thought). There is no need to struggle with
thoughts, all attempts to push the thoughts out of the mind is futile.
It will not work, because this is how mind functions or one can say
this is the nature of the mind.

One can get rid of thought(s) only through bringing awareness and
understanding that any thought can take away from the prime business
or prime focus.

I do agree with the people who say, "there are lots and lots of
thoughts pour in... every moment and ...when there is so much of
distractions... If one tries also to see each distraction and remove
it one by one will consume a lot of time to bring the state of pure
concentration Is there any short-cut?".

The answer is "No, there is no short-cut, one need to see each and
every distraction one by one only". This is a kind of practice and
gradually one will be able do it within no time. In case, one is
unable to do so, definitely there are several other aspects, which
need to be resolved, and for such cases Oneness University is the best
place. However, I am sure, each one of us can make an attempt to apply
this knowledge here itself and see the difference.

Gratitude & the Brain - Sri Bhagavan

Accepting Oneself

Hi frnds,

In this post I want to share with u the divine teaching by SHRI BHAGWAN about ACCEPTANCE.

All that you can do is, you can see what is there, first of all, you do not know what is there. Because all the years you have been running away from it, see everywhere you find only the self. So you come to know, now there is an indirect way of knowing, but then to actually look at it is painful. To look at your envious thoughts, your jealous thoughts, your fearful thoughts, your anxious thoughts, is not such a good experience. That all the time you are running away from it.

That is the only problem which man has got. So, because we are telling you, look, turn around, confront it, look at it, then may be you will say let me try. Initially it could be difficult, but then you will soon realize it is very tempting. It is very nice to see, as you see your darker side, your negative side, strangely you will stop condemning, you will know that is true, along with that comes joy also and with that joy you will soon find that there is absence of conflict. Not that your negative side has gone, not that you cease to be jealous, cease to be angry, cease to be fearful, no no no no not those things. You are for the first time in your life able to say, yes I am this I am not ashamed of it that is the only truth, I am being truthful.

That is when you have taken the first step in spirituality that is also the last step, there after everything is automatic. No guru is required, no teaching is required, it is all automatic. You think there is some thing you can do to get there. There is nothing you can do to get there. If you are a jealous person, you are not going to become non jealous. If you are fearful person, you are not going to become courageous like the lion. If you are a depressed person, you are not going to go into euphoria. You cannot change, try as you might, you cannot change. So what is the teaching here. The teaching says you cannot change, and there is no need to change, because you have been designed like that, you are that, that is all that is the only teaching.

Therefore you accept, Aa Ah! I cannot change, what is there to do, nothing to do. There is nothing wrong like that, I have been designed like that, you did not design yourself, God designed you like that, he has some purpose in designing you. So there is complete acceptance, when you accept what is there, that is meditation, that is sadhana, that is all, so it is very simple, please do it, I will help you.

Relationships

Hi frnds ,
In this post I want to share with about "RELATIONSHIP" and its importance in one's life.

Relationships are like a tangled ball of wool. The more you try to disentangle them, the more entangled they become. Ramesh was at his wits ends. Life had become a tight rope act. His busy schedule barely gave him breathing time, and even the few minutes he had were spent in futile mental activity. “How do I keep all these people happy? No matter what I do my wife always has a long list of complaints. My children constantly bicker that I don’t understand them, I don’t give them freedom. My mother is so hostile, anybody would think I am hatching a secret conspiracy to throw her out”.

Too many people lead unhappy lives just like Renuka’s, due to their inability to deal with others. While they understand the importance of having successful relationships, they aren’t able to do so. It is a source of tremendous frustration to a person and drains away all his energy, when in spite of his best efforts the relationship remains unresolved.

One of the core teachings of Sri Bhagavan is to set right relationships. Sri Bhagavan says, “Life is Relationships”. Your very existence is relative to the existence of the other. Your very identity comes from you relationships. You are the son or daughter of somebody, the wife of somebody, the brother of somebody or the employee or the employer of somebody. Take away all this and there remains no identity, no person.

Also the amount of happiness experienced is directly proportional to the state of your relationships. The better your relationships, the happier you are. A happy person is one who spreads happiness. An unhappy person only creates mischief and more often than not makes trouble for the family and society at large.

The teaching of Sri Bhagavan offer the seeker many insights into life to set right relationships. Let us look into a few.

Listening

“I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant”. This is an amusing statement; and it does make people laugh, but unfortunately, it is not far from the truth in describing how we humans frequently communicate with one another.

Failure to listen brings unfortunate results. Listening is very different from hearing. In hearing the sound of the words reaches the eardrum. In listening you are paying complete attention to what the other is saying, without the commentaries of the mind interfering in the process. But much of the time, you are not listening to the other; rather you are listening to what you mind is talking about the other. Hence, a simple, ‘try to come early from work’, is translated as, ‘my wife is a big nag’; a concerned, ‘don’t forget to take you sweater, it’s chilly outside’, is interpreted as ‘she still thinks I am a child, am I not grown enough to take care of myself?” An unassuming ‘don’t spend too much money’, irritates you to think, ‘why is my father trying to control me, I want my freedom’.

What Interferes with Listening?

1. A feeling of I know what he/she is saying.

Very often you feel that I know this person very well, I know how he responds to situations, and I know all the emotions and thoughts he is capable of. And because you feel you already know what the person is going to say, or is saying, you barely pay attention. In fact your replies are ready even before the person has finished what he/she has to say. Many a times, you don’t even wait for the person to finish speaking; you interrupt with you answers. Have you never heard the complaint, ‘please listen to me for once’; but then your standard defense is. ‘Hey! I know what you are going to say’. With such an attitude, what happens over a period of time is, conversation is reduced to a bare minimum, and even when things are said there is always a feeling of inadequacy and a constant feeling of alienation.

Marriages fall apart, children and parents are alienated, friendships fail and business deals do not come off simply because people do not listen to others, although they think they do.

Shridha a busy executive from the national capital always felt that she knew the needs of her teenage daughter and she was doing all that she could for her. But no matter how hard she tried every conversation ended in an argument. Desperate for a solution she enrolled for the 3-day course on enlightenment. Insights poured into her as she realized that she always presumed what her daughter needed, and she only told her things, never listened to her. ‘I am your mother, learn to listen to me’, was the only explanation offered. She realized how unheard and misunderstood her daughter felt. This insight led to deep change in attitude. Today Shridha and her daughter enjoy a complete relationship.

2. Turning the speakers off and dwelling on the plethora of internal distractions we all have.

‘Why have you put on such a blank expressions, do you understand what I am saying? Oh! You are always lost in you thoughts, do listen to me’. If you frequently get to listen to such complaints you belong to this category of people. Many of you feel, what the other is speaking is of no importance; he/she has a habit of speaking, hence is speaking; you become careless about listening. You are too involved in various issues within you own mind to pay attention, and your issues are more important than any other conversation. Of course excessive stress and strain, frustration or worry too leads to exhibition of such behaviour. At that point paying attention is an energy consuming experience, and you would rather sort out your own thoughts, or continue with your own activity.

It took a rude shock for Kirit to realize his errors. The signs had been there for long. His children barely spoke to him and preferred the company of their mother. Telephone conversations with his parents were few and rare and all dialogues with his wife were restricted to monosyllables. Out of the blue his wife, who was vacationing with her parents, sent him a divorce notice. He ran helter-skelter to Amma and Bhagavan for help. In the course of a Samskara Suddi, Bhagavan put him through the shoes of all his near and dear ones. Being a reputed scientist, he barely spoke to anybody and was continually lost in his own thoughts. He considered any conversation other that ones that stimulated him intellectually to be beneath him. As he experienced the pain and agony of his wife and children, he changed. With the Grace of Amma and Bhagavan, his wife returned to him. Today he is an attentive husband and a loving father. His wife is indebted to Bhagavan.

3. Labeling.

The arguments had reached gigantic proportions. It was a veritable slinging match between Sarita and Amol. Accusations flew back and forth. It seemed like the end of 8-year-old relationship. Amol and Sarita had been married for less than a year after a 7 yearlong courtship. They had a beautiful relationship, but marriage had changed all that. Right from day one, their marriage was in doldrums. He was suspicious of every things she did and she found him totally obnoxious. As days passed it became intolerable for both of them to live together, divorce seemed the only way out. They were brought to the ashram by some well-wishers. During the process that they underwent, Bhagavan revealed to them the cause of their problems. The day of their marriage had been very hectic as they had to leave immediately the very next day to the USA. Sarita’s parents had brought them home after the ceremony and had asked their maid to serve Amol his food as they had been busy packing for their daughters departure. Amol had felt deeply insulted, that they were treating their NRI son-in-law this way. He had become suspicious of their motives, but then with all the chaos, things had been seemingly forgotten. But then grudge had taken deep roots. Unconsciously he started suspecting every move of Sarita. All her professions of love now seemed false and shallow. He became a nagging complaining husband. Sarita in turn, hurt by his needless criticism had labeled him as a heartless tyrant. Both remained stubborn in their views, the relationship was broken.

The nature of the mind is to label every person with every experience and then that perception prevails in every interaction. Every time the person speaks or does something it is not perceived as a unique action, but is judged from the previous perspective. If the perception is negative, then however good the act, it would seem wrong, and the negative perception would only be strengthened. In this condition, it becomes impossible to listen to anything that the person says, as you would be only listening to your mind commenting about that person; ‘he is bad, she is a nag, he doesn’t understand me, she is too suspicious, they don’t love me, and so on and on forth’. When you don’t listen, it is improbable that you would ever be able to understand that person or see him in new light. Nothing new can ever happen in that relationship. This is akin to wearing colored glasses. Everything that you see would be coloured, but you would continue to think that the fault lies with the other.

How Does One Develop Listening

Good listening has important value and can be learned and improved to yield enormous benefits. It takes effort but everyone can and should learn to do it.

The first thing is to know a simple fact that when you are talking, you are not listening. Become aware of the constant urge to talk and then you would automatically move into the listening mode.
Maintain eye contact with the person you are listening to. No matter how trivial you feel the matter may be, it is vital that you pay full attention to the other. The constant chattering of a child may be irritating to the parent, but in the perspective of the child it would account to how much the parent loves her.
As you are speaking to the person, become aware of the constant chattering of your mind, the judgement, the labeling, the perceptions that you hold. See how harmful they are, see how they are destroying your relationships, and in turn destroying you. As you see the harmful nature of labeling, it would automatically lose charge. Listening would then happen to you.
Sri Bhagavan says; don’t try to practice listening, only become aware that you are not listening. In the awareness listening would be a happening.
Ultimately, if all this does not work, seek for GRACE. Amma and Bhagavan are here to help you move into a state of listening, where your mind would no longer interfere in any experience. All past perceptions would be rendered charge less, every experience would be new and fresh.

Such a state is bestowed to all seekers in the courses that happens every week at the Oneness University at Golden City.

SHRI BHAGWAN saying about "Carry Over"

hi frnds,

In this post i want to share with u the divine teaching by SHRI BHAGWAN on carry over.

"A Sadhak once asked his teacher, "Master, Why can't I remain peaceful, in spite of doing so many spiritual sadhanas. Why can't I be devoid of suffering in spite of reading so many spiritual books and listening to religious discourses? Is enlightenment possible for such as I?"

'To be liberated from suffering you must first understand what suffering is'. Sri Bhagavan says, "Suffering is nothing but the continuous thought processing that happens in the mind over an event or incident of the past. Suffering is nothing but the 'carry over' of the past events of our life.

There are two kinds of people who have walked on these sands, enlightened and unenlightened. Enlightened ones are those who are 'ordinary' and unenlightened are those who are 'extraordinary' (extra suffering). An enlightened one, does not suffer because he is constantly living in the present, experiencing every bit of what life is offering him. But for those who are unenlightened, life itself is reduced to nothing but suffering.

To be aware is to be enlightened. The whole purpose of life itself is to live life moment to moment. If one observes the thought process in oneself, then it can easily be discovered that the 'CARRY OVER' is the suffering. For instance, there were two friends who were very close right from their childhood. Out of sheer misunderstanding, they landed in a bitter quarrel and they broke up. The fight by itself is nothing but mere 'calling names'. But it doesn't end there, the event continues to plague the mind, be it at kitchen, office, watching TV or even at a party! It follows… It continues. The suffering springs only when our mind indulges in unnecessary thoughts about living in past or future, without living in the present. This constant commentary or dialogue in the mind is the cause for all suffering, where even after an event has ended, it is continued within where we still talk to the other person, who has hurt us.

An enlightened person experiences everything, which makes his life rich, eternal and ever fresh, but for an unenlightened, life is mechanical and repetitive, hence boring. One who is enlightened enjoys the ice cream whereas one who is unenlightened does not enjoy the ice cream because he would be busy with the question – who made the ice cream? Which factory? Which cow's milk? Which grass did the cow ate? One who is living will never question the purpose of life. Why would he! He is only experiencing.
Now the question is how to end this unnecessary thought process. Any effort in this direction is a futile endeavour, because any effort to silence the mind would only create more noise - "THOUGHT CANNOT END THOUGHT".

Buddha was Buddha not because he read books. Venkataramana didn't become Ramana Maharishi because he attended religious discourses. Enlightenment is something that is beyond the purview of the mind. It is not transformation within the mind; Enlightenment is a state where you transcend the mind and its limitations. Such a happening is a benediction.

"To experience is to believe.' Enlightenment is a benediction bestowed today upon thousands by Sri Bhagavan and Sri Padmavathi Devi.
Come! Alive into the waters of immense grace and experience, because…..

"Man cannot make it on His own … It has to be given to Him."
